The National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia passed the Law on Electronic Invoicing, which was published in the Službeni glasnik No. 44/2021. dated April 29, 2021.
Entry into force and start of application:
The law entered into force on May 7, 2021.
The start of the implementation of the Law has been postponed and is specifically regulated for public sector entities and private sector entities.
