Based on Article 13, paragraph 3 of the Law on Electronic Invoicing ("Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia", No. 44/21 and 129/21) and the Regulation on the procedure and conditions for granting and withdrawing consent to perform the activities of an information intermediary ("Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia", No. 69/21 and 132/21) of February 1, 2022, the procedure for granting and withdrawing consent to perform the activities of an information intermediary applies.
1. evidence of compliance with the following conditions:
a) that the legal entity is registered in the Republic of Serbia;
b) that on the date of submitting the application, there are no outstanding but unpaid public revenue obligations based on the performance of the activity, as determined by the Tax Administration;
c) that there is no legal or other representative who has been legally convicted of a criminal offense against property, economy, computer data security, state bodies, legal traffic and against official duty;
d) that as a legal entity, it has not been legally convicted of a criminal offense;
2) general conditions for providing services;
3) internal rules;
4) Act on ICT system security.
The Ministry of Finance shall verify ex officio that the conditions referred to in Article 2, paragraph 1, item 6) of the Regulation on the procedure and conditions for granting and withdrawing consent to perform the activities of an information intermediary are met.
The Ministry of Finance shall obtain evidence of compliance with the conditions referred to in Article 2, paragraph 1, items 1)–3) of the Regulation on the procedure and conditions for granting and withdrawing consent to perform the activities of an information intermediary ex officio, with the consent of the applicant.

2. that the Request for Consent from the Ministry of Finance to perform the duties of an information intermediary is signed by an authorized person;
3. that the attachments are documents in a widely used format (PDF, JPG, JPEG);
4. that the total size of the attachments does not exceed 25 megabytes
Note: In the event that a legal entity has more than one representative, it is necessary to submit a certificate of good conduct from the Ministry of Internal Affairs for each individual. In this situation, either create a single document for sending from multiple certificates, or when sending (the "View" button), simply select multiple documents at once and save them that way.
