The Ministry of Finance is organizing a webinar on November 19, 2021, at 12:00 PM, on the topic of " Demonstration of the Functionality of the E-Invoice System User Interface ", in anticipation of the start of the implementation of the Law on Electronic Invoicing ("Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia", No. 44/2021) from January 1, 2022.

The webinar is intended for public sector entities, private sector entities, voluntary users of the E-invoice System, as well as all other interested parties. The approximate duration of the webinar is between 60 and 90 minutes.

The consultant will inform participants in detail about:

- functionalities of individual buttons on the control panel

- types of documents that can be exchanged through the E-invoice System

- how to create an output document (invoice)

- how to create a journal entry; how is the journal entry referenced to the original invoice?

- method of exporting the input document

- the ability to add and send attachments

- the method of receiving the document in the customer's user account

- statuses assigned to documents

- parameters by which it is possible to search for documents
