The first version of the Electronic Shipping Notes System, as a new upgrade to the Electronic Invoice System, has been available in the DEMO environment for all future users and the interested public since last night.
You can access the DEMO environment through the DEMO version of SEF, or by direct access at the address: https://demoeotpremnica.mfin.gov.rs .
Instructions for registering and using the system, as well as other current events and instructions, can be downloaded and followed from today at: https://eotpremnica.efaktura.gov.rs/ .
As a reminder, the Law on Electronic Shipping Notes was adopted in November 2024 and provides for the introduction of a centralized Electronic Shipping Notes System, with a phased implementation of obligations.
The law stipulates that the obligations of public sector entities to send and receive electronic consignment notes, as well as obligations related to the movement of goods considered to be excise goods, will begin to apply on January 1, 2026, while full implementation (the obligation for private sector entities to send and receive electronic consignment notes among themselves) will begin on October 1, 2027.
Please note that registering for the DEMO version of the Electronic Shipping Notes System does not mean that users will automatically be registered for the future production environment of the system.
