The presentation of the first version of the Electronic Dispatch Notes System (e-Delivery Notes) will be held on Thursday, March 13, 2025 at 2 p.m. at the Ministry of Finance (Kneza Miloša 20, Belgrade, "Amfiteatar" hall).
In order for the public sector and business entities to be informed in a timely manner and prepared for the implementation of the obligations stipulated in the Law on Electronic Shipping Notes ("Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia", No. 94/24), the first phase of which will begin with implementation on January 1st next year, the Ministry of Finance is launching a series of activities that includes holding workshops to present the technical and normative framework of e-Shipping Notes to future users in detail.
The first workshop where the DEMO version of the system will be presented will be held on Thursday, March 13, 2025, while the next workshop is planned for the second half of March.
Due to the limited number of places, we ask that interested entities send their application for attendance at the first workshop no later than 4 p.m. on March 11 to the following address: konferencija.sef@mfin.gov.rs , stating the name, surname, email address, telephone number of the registrant, as well as the name of the business entity, institution, or state body.
Considering that this is the first in a series of events dedicated to electronic consignment notes, and in order to ensure optimal organization, we ask interested entities to register a maximum of two representatives, and priority will be given to entities to which the obligations prescribed by the Law on Electronic Consignment Notes will first begin to apply: the public sector and economic entities dealing with excise products.
